Terms and Conditions
Gästehaus Alpenkranz

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts for the rental of rooms and the use of services at Gästehaus Alpenkranz.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded through the booking confirmation from the Gästehaus.

Reservations are binding for both parties once they have been confirmed in writing or by email.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Der Check-in ist ab 13:00 Uhr möglich, der Check-out muss bis 10:30 Uhr erfolgen.

Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon agreement.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The listed prices include breakfast and statutory VAT.

Payments are made in cash on-site unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation

13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 80% of the total amount will be charged.

For specific booking periods (e.g., holidays or special events), different conditions may apply.

6. Liability and Responsibilities of Guests

Guests are liable for any damages they cause at the guesthouse.

Parents are liable for their children.

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.

7. Liability of the Guesthouse

The guesthouse is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

The guesthouse does not assume liability for guests' personal belongings.

8. Use of Parking Facilities

A limited number of parking spaces are available directly at the guesthouse.

9. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. Data Protection.

10. Final Provisions

Changes or additions to these AGB require written form.

If individual provisions of these AGB are or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
