Most rooms feature a balcony with stunning views of the Alps, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking mountain scenery. All rooms are modernly equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds for restful nights.

Super clean! We had a spacious room with a balcony. The cozy breakfast room and delicious breakfast made our stay even better. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Centrally located in the Partenkirchen district, just a few minutes from the train station and the Zugspitze railway, with restaurants nearby. The Garmisch pedestrian zone is about 2.5 km away on foot. Very friendly guesthouse owners and equally welcoming staff. The breakfast is delicious, partly served and partly buffet-style. Dogs are welcome, with great walking paths along the Partnach River, leading to the ski jump and further to the Partnach Gorge. We’ll be happy to come back!

From the very first phone call, I was warmly greeted by a kind and understanding lady. The price was absolutely fair, especially for Garmisch. The rooms are truly lovely – comfortable beds, a TV, a balcony, a nice bathroom, and always spotless. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, especially with the homemade jam. Nothing is missing: cold cuts, cheese, Nutella, honey, cream cheese, yogurt, orange juice, eggs, milk, cereals, tea – everything you need. It’s such a joy to have such warm-hearted hosts. Thank you very much!
